6 - 8 p.m. Gam at the Marriott Ballroom Salon A. There will be a cash bar with the CBA providing cheese and crackers and a catboat slideshow. There will be a cash bar with the CBA providing the cheese & crackers.

8:15 a.m. Registration begins in the Marriott Ballroom foyer; there is a Starbucks Coffee Shop in the Hotel for your enjoyment.

8:45 – 10 a.m. Catboat Sailing for Beginners – Mystic Ballroom Salon B – Start your annual meeting off right with an interactive discussion for those new to catboats, focused on the handling of the gaff rig, including the basic maneuvers for getting underway and returning safely. Hosted by lifelong sailor and waterman Bob Luckraft.

8:45 – 10 a.m. Wooden Boat Maintenance – Mystic Ballroom Salon A – Covering all aspects of catboat maintenance, this seminar is sure to be educational for wooden and fiberglass boat owners alike.

9 a.m. – 5 p.m. All Catboat Resource Show - This year’s displays will flow between the Marriott Ballroom Salons ABC and the Mystic Ballroom Salons DEF. As usual we will have a fantastic group of catboat enthusiasts displaying and selling everything from anchors to artwork and more.

9 – 10 a.m. Race/Rendezvous Scheduling – Conference Room 5 – Race dates and scheduling advice from Lyn Behne (Kittyhawk) the Race/Rendezvous schedule will be displayed after the meeting.

10:15 – 11:30 a.m. Advanced Sailing and Racing Techniques – Mystic Ballroom Salon B – Learn the secrets of experienced catboat sailors and racers.

10:15 – 11:30 a.m. First Aid Afloat – Mystic Ballroom Salon A – Retired pediatrician Ned Lund, long time master of the Marshall 22, Red Squirrel, shares his knowledge and experience.

Noon Luncheon – Marriott Ballroom Salon D – During the luncheon, President Eric Peterson conducts the annual meeting agenda followed by the presentation of the John Killam Murphy, Dolphin and Broad Axe Awards.

John Conway author of Catboat Summers tells the story of the many lives of the 100-year old Charles Crosby catboat, Buckrammer. Several former owners of Buckrammer help John tell this moving story.

3:15 – 4:30 p.m. Catboat Builders Seminar – Mystic Ballroom Salon B – This year featuring the Beetle Cat Boatshop. This seminar gives catboat builders the chance to showcase their history, people, products, and future. Sure to be of interest to catboat owners of all types.

3:15 – 4:30 p.m. Fine Art with Peter Arguimbau – Mystic Ballroom Salon A – If you have ever dabbled in painting, you won't want to miss this seminar as master marine artist and catboat sailor, Peter Arguimbau shares his painting techniques and maybe a tale or two with fellow catboaters.

'Til 5 p.m. Cash bar and Sociability at the All Catboat Resource Show.

8:45 – 10:15 a.m.  Long Island Maritime Museum www.limaritime.org – Preserving Long Island’s rich history and heritage for educational purposes. Learn about the newly-built Gil Smith catboat that the Museum has undertaken.
